Create A New Name For Our Diabetes Health Program

Our company has a Diabetic Health Program. We serve as a central repository for diabetes educational materials, services, and support for our clients (self-insured companies). We support diabetics and pre-diabetics and encourage them to live healthy lives to avoid severe complications of the disease and to be compliant with ADA standards of care. We attend on-site health fairs, schedule CDEs for on-site training, communicate with the diabetics/pre-diabetics through Facebook, e-mail, webinars, mailings, etc. Our tag line is Building a Community for Diabetics. We serve mostly blue collar workers in Fort Smith, Paris, Hot Springs, and Subiaco Arkansas and several communities in Oklahoma. Any help with a new name would be greatly appreciated.

    Why a new name? What's the current name? Why do you want to change it?

    Our current name is "Diabetic Health Program." We would like to have a name that explains who we are and what we do. Also, we are going to create a new logo to "brand" and market our services.

    It seems that you'd likely want "Diabetic" and "Health" in your new name, to make it clear who you are. Perhaps the word "Program" should be changed - but what is the focus you want to achieve?

    Diabetic health program - building a community for diabetics

    well it all sounds rather dull to me.

    How about Diabetic Support Services
    Supporting Diabetic Health - diabetics have a life too.
