Multi-service Pet Business Names??

Posted by ashxmarie on 250 Points
I am really stuck on this one, guys. I live in the foothills of North Carolina (for help with naming possibly) and I'm wanting to fire up a side business to bring some extra income to support myself. I'm not expecting to make this into a big shabang but I DO want a small bit of marketing in there so that I seem at least somewhat caring and professional for what I will be doing. The clientele will mostly be gathered by word of mouth (it's a small town), so I'm not entirely worried about the marketing aspect. But I need a name, as I'm not going to go with "My Name" Pet Sitting/Blah Blah.

I will be offering pet sitting services throughout the summer as well as baking dog treats and doing pet portraits in the mix. I like pun names such as "Diamond in the Ruff", "Wags to Riches", etc since they are attractive to the eye and sound enticing. Just throw me whatever your brain can conjure!

Don't forget that any name you choose needs to chime in with your customers - that way it's catchy! See your business from their point of view, and names will come far more easily.

As ever, Steve has some of the best.

I'll see if there are any better ones in the morning.

I do like "wags to riches" - shouldn't it be "wags to bitches"??

I'll leave this open until tomorrow evening just in case :)
Thank you for the great ideas!

And "Wags to Riches" is a grooming salon name (Spin off of "Rags to Riches"); I couldn't think of any other pun-type pet business names on the fly other than the two grooming ones.

(Aside: A "punny" name may or may not resonate with your target audience - and may connote an unprofessional message.)
