Firstly a word of warning. The spice market across the planet is saturated. Almost any direction you look will be filled. That means it will either be very expensive for you to start - or you need to be very special and very clever. So what makes your spices so different, what can you add to them that nobody else - and that means literally nobody - can beat?

More importantly, who are the people who will appreciate this extra-special blending? Why would they choose you, be they Hindi, English, Anglo-Saxon or ... Danish? Knowing who they are will help you decide on a name, because studying their point of view always brings forth ideas that never occurred to you before.

Now I don't speak Hindi, although I do speak several Asian languages. So they'll have to be in English - and you can manipulate them to match each other in English and Hindi.

    A few tries:

    The New Tradition.
    Palace Blend
    The Maharajah's Blend

all a bit corny, when you know more, we really can put your findings into gear.

    Hi piyush,

Well if you are entering in Indian market with a spice brand there are too many brands already present.
Please consider packaging and positioning of the brand before actually launching it.
As far as brand name is concerned - ur product will be shopped majoritily by women's. I suggest following name:
    1. Tadka - ( the word is widely used in indian households, so it will be easy for brand recall)
    2. Chef's choice - ( it will provide a credibility to the brand - down the line you can have tieup with some chef and utilize his picture in the packaging and ride on his brand equity)- advantage for this brand name is that in future if you go global brand name will be understood by all nationalities.

Brand names have more to do with the primary target audience and its needs than they do with the product being named. What do you know about your target audience? Where will they purchase the spices? Where do they purchase spices now? Why would they consider buying your brand instead of others available in the market? What unique benefit do you offer?

    " Tez"
