Since you chosen company name doesn't describe what you do (or for whom), your tagline needs to help clarify. You've listed some specific services you provide - but can you describe who specifically is likely to hire you (region, company size, frequency, timing) and why (what makes your firm better than your competition)? And if you're thinking of starting with a new name, then these questions are also important...

From a slightly different angle - you are starting as consultants. That implies you have some expertise in the fields you cover. Now as with all things in our modern world, you will have become specialized in certain areas of these fields. Identifying these specialisms will help you form your answers to Jay's questions.

Because nobody can be a panacea in our modern day and age. Your name and tagline need to be incisive and emphasize your combined strengths as individuals. More to the point, it needs to be presented in a way that connects with those best suited to the services you offer. (I use "those" in the last sentence to mean individuals or businesses, according to the strengths of your consultancy).

The name you've chosen does not do a very good job of communicating what important benefit you deliver to your clients or even who should consider becoming a client. "Panacea" could apply to just about everything, and the best names (and taglines) are very specific.

My suggestion: Hire a marketing professional who is expert at naming (and taglines). The money you put toward a great name/tagline will be insignificant when compared to the value they add.

If you need a start on finding that marketing professional just browse the profiles of top experts on this forum. Or let me know (via email, from my profile), and I'll suggest a suitable expert for you.
