Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

Now - what are your customers going to think? Names and Taglines mean little when they don't connect to your customer.

So look at your organization from their point of view, and think "what one thing will make it obvious to my best prospects that I am the one for them". Because we have millions of organizations on our planet, all of whom are desperate for more clients. Many of whom have been established for decades.

Because "recognizing and valuing everyone" is fine in as far as it goes. Only will you value the customer who always hammers your prices, demands more - and comes back with complaints that you didn't do what he wanted? My point is that if you choose the ones who respect you as their expert, they'll leave you alone to do your work and give them the results of your expertise. What's more, they'll pay on time and send you others as referrals.

Work out which you would prefer, and work out how they differ - and aim for the ones you prefer to begin with. I can't do that without knowing what makes you special in the crowded world of organizations.
