Yoga Basics

We currently have a class at the University that is called Yoga Basics, we want to change the name so that we do not use yoga in the title. There is basic yoga moves and stretches in the classes, but we do not want to call it Yoga Basics.

    Who's likely to want to attend the class? Why?
    Is it simply a stretching class or something more?

    Why don't you want to use the word "yoga"? Knowing the "why" could help us come up with an alternative.

    What's your reasoning behind not wanting to use the word "yoga"?

    I'm asking this because it defines what the class is about, thereby, making the class easier to find and to assess (from the point of view of potential attendees) that this is the right class for them ... yoga being an interest of theirs and all.
