Need A Name For Our Networking Conference Event!

We're launching a non-profit program to help improve the local businesses' and companies' hiring by improving their human resources and providing training to the new hires.

We're promoting our program by holding this Networking event for all the businessmen.

I need a nice, fun, yet professional title for this event.

I'd be very much appreciated to see your suggestions.

    To be really effective, the name needs to at least hint at why someone should choose to come along. Many businesses leave their HR departments to get on with their job - and are usually too busy to do much else than check with the HR director that all's running smoothly.

    You need to break through this impression. Why should a businessman who has too much to do already bother himself to come to yet another event. My guess he'd rather spend the day on the golf links and network in the bar afterwards.

    All of which is a little negative. However if you deal with this head on, you are at least addressing one potential problem. A problem that you actually have the solution to! Which, after all, is the important bit.

    Let's have a go at a few names.

    Fearless hiring
    HR Revealed
    The New HR
    New World Hiring

    I'm a bit unclear who you're helping & how. Are you wanting local business HR people to attend to purchase your services? Are you offering these HR people better training for themselves or for their new hires? Finally, how do you know about the effectiveness of your offering?
