I'm Starting A Dog Walking And Boarding Business..

I'm starting a dog walking and boarding business and I'm looking for an original name. The 'uniqueness' of my business will be: emphasis on active play (not just leash walks) and I'll be specialising in small and medium sized dogs.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated...:)

    Start with the positioning and the marketing strategy/plan. Figure out exactly who your target audience is, what's important to them, how they select a dog walker, where they learn about alternatives, who they trust, etc. You'll need that information not just for the marketing plan, but also for coming up with a great name.

    Have you thought about how your target audience will learn about you? You're going to want to generate broad awareness among your audience quickly. How are you going to do that? Knowing that, and having a very clear and specific target audience definition, will help you (and us) come up with a great name.

    So my target audience are upper-middle-class and wealthy households. I think what's important to them is: someone trustworthy and professional. They also want to know that their pet is safe while in my care and that they are getting adequate exercise. I think word of mouth is really how I will get clients...
