Need Name For A Fundraising Group~how To Start One

We,are,wanting to start a non profit fundraising group to raise funds for church missions so they can go help fund programs for the kids, feed the hungry and as well as other needs to be able to go.
I have never started a fundraising group until i was asked to so i not only need a name but i don't know the necessary steps to take.

    Are you looking to start an organization that will receive the funds and redistribute it to churches, or will you act as a contractor for the churches? You'll likely want to start reading here: https://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/nonprofit-corporation
