Mom and pop window cleaning business with luxury home client base. We're changing our look and business cards a bit with a slightly retro look and need a tagline that gives our customers the feeling that we're their trusty "go to" guys.

Well, if you're going to be trustworthy, it needs demonstrating not stating. That is to say, if you really want people to trust you - tell them something negative about yourselves. It's a bit of reverse-psychology that works wonders for your better class of clients. After all, a good class of client that already has sensible amounts of money is not something everybody can aim at.

    You've already arrived there.

However, why have you chosen to re-design yourselves? Just because you're bored of the run-of the mill cards, or something more pertinent?

I presume all your advertising is purely local and hence you won't have to tell people where you come from.

    So, down to work:

    You'll always have clean windows.
    Clean windows, guaranteed.
    Your windows will always sparkle.

What's the name of your business? Located where?
    What is your current tagline?
What do you offer that your competition doesn't/can't?

I would think 3 little words on the business card would hit the nail on the head: "Bonded and Fully Insured". This will clearly convey your trustworthiness and give peace of mind to homeowners that everyone from your firm who steps foot on their property is fully insured, and thus, if there are any jobsite accidents, your firm handles them.

Here are a few possible taglines:

"Your Windows So Clean, Like They're Not There!"
    "Ever Clear"
    "We Give Your Windows Clarity"
    "Giving You Clarity"
    "We Give You Clarity"
