Kids Sports & Wellness

Posted by Anonymous on 25 Points
Hi I'm writing this because my husband is stuck on what to name his startup business he is trying to get going. He wants to help kids with the Sport Basketball while educating them in regards to Wellness. He is seeking something with a catchie name for a business to draw attention to the parents and kids-so that it is to remember.. So seeking help with a catchie business name and a tagline-both or one or the other..

Everyone focuses on just sports but what about the wellness aspects of it as well-which is important. Kids need to learn to eat healthy so that they can have the energy to do and play sports the right way. So the dilemma is coming up with something as business name and tagline that is catchie and make since..Kids Sports & wellness is simple but yet plain and no rhythm

Help and thanks

A little story. When we moved to the UK, we took up gardening again. Partly owing to shortage of funds, partly for the simple pleasures in life we grew our own. As the kids grew up I expected the usual "I don't like cabbage" line. It never happened. Yet when kids visited they'd look at the green stuff suspiciously, prod it. Looking at the plates my two had just licked clean, greens and all, the other kids were truly puzzled. Usually a suggestion to try it led to them being even more puzzled.

    "It tastes nice" they'd say.
"Shall I warm it a little for you?"
"No, this is just great, thanks"

    And it was gone.

    Just like that.

My point is that good food tastes nice, I didn't have to force my kids to eat their greens because they tasted great. Oh, and one time I was visiting the Leander club at Henley on Thames. The young men were eating toasted white bread with marmalade for breakfast. I simply couldn't believe it! They should have been eating musli or wholegrain rye!

Now, down to business: what makes your hubbie's work special? Not just the nutritional side of things - this is about the "how" he does things. How he interacts, how he teaches. What have kids said to him in the past that they all allude to? This is the key to your name being "catchy" - what's more it's truthful so people whos attention is caught won't be disappointed.

    In the mean time:

Who's the name trying to appeal to: the kids or their parents? Kids will care more about basketball. The parents may care more about the health aspect...
