Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

Friends!Its very urgent,kindly try to suggest some good names and taglines at the earliest.

Dear Steve! This development is in outskirts of city Chandigarh(India). The opening event is a prelaunch party on 15th july 2013.The target audience is the Lower income group,Lower middle income group, Middle income group i.e. people with a budget of Rs500,000-Rs1500,000 and investors too.People will be interested in our project because we will be providing house spaces and builtup houses in price almost 30%-40% cheaper as compared to other builders/projects in the region and the quality of work, features of the project, infrastructure would be of top most quality. So our price and the features/infrastructure in that less price cant be matched by any other builder.This is unique about our project.

Dear Moriarty! Here in India the real estate market is facing a tremendous slowdown and according to me that is only because of very high property prices due to coming up of so many real estate projects and also because of the investors who raised the market price of the properties to an extent where the end user i.e. the person who want to have a home for himself,cant afford to buy it at that high price.So in this highly inflated environment if we provide the end users/buyers, a home which they can not only afford but can also save an ample amount of money in their pockets, they will do anything to have a house in our project.What type of guarantee you are asking for? Build quality would be excellent. Morever we are majorly providing only the house spaces/plots, in that case we will provide an infrastrucutre i.e. roads,water supply,electricity,etc.,of the best quality.

There many possible combinations and local synonyms for "villages" and the like. Hope this helps the brainstorming.

Hi again. firstly the Netherlands (where I live) has the same problem. Yet in our village they can't sell houses. Why? Because they're advertising them as being in Maarn. Not a place that springs to mind when you're walking down Fifth Avenue or wandering around Chandigarh for that matter. Yet these properties should sell because we're deep in the country (or as deep as any Dutchman wants to get) and we're 15 mins from Utrecht and 45 from Amsterdam. So there would be people who want to live here - only they don't know it.

So seeing it this way may add another feather to your arrow!

AS to names and the like. A few questions (as much for myself to get "into" your world) - will you be able to supply a builder too?
