Titles For College Magazine

hey all, i need some ideas for my college magazine , i want to add taglines/slogans to the following categories
1.dramatics club- organizes plays annually
2.literary society- organizes free writing and poetry competition etc
3.interviews with faculty members
4.debating order - organize national level debates
5.student's financial aid society- they collect donations from students and pay for fellow students annual fees , books and medical bills
6.annual bonfire night with fireworks and dinner etc
7.blood donation society- collect blood from students and others and donate it to local hospital

    dramatics club - strutting their stuff
    literary society - putting it in words
    interviews - where we poke sticks through the bars ;-)
    debating order - saying it with words
    financial aid - putting their money where their mouth is
    bonfire night - putting it in flames
    blood donation - painting the town red

    Just quickies. Do you like them? If not, why not and we can take that direction.

    Hi Hi,

    You sould hold it short.
    Why don't you use the name of your magazine with a work.
    For Ehemple:

    if you magazine calls - Claro Magazine

    Use: Claro Donate

    To go back to your list check my ideas. I will keep Claro as name of a Magazine ( just an exemple )

    Claro

    1.dramatics club- Claro Drama
    2.literary society- Claro Goes Poetry
    3.interviews with faculty members - Claro People
    4.debating order - Claro Debate
    5.student's financial aid society- Claro Gives
    6.annual bonfire night with fireworks and dinner etc - Claro Annual Party
    7.blood donation society- Claro Donate

    Mantain is simple.

    This is my opinion.

    our magazine's name is shifa, i want to write these as headings above pictures on each page in our pictorial section

    Can you explain why you need titles for each of the categories (instead of using the club/activity name itself)? It might make more sense to create an appropriate headline for each article, rather than a "nickname" for each category.

    in our pictures section we normally write titles of the events on which they were taken , this time i want to make it special by adding slogans on top like remarks or punchlines sort of thing and unfortunately i am not that witty to come up with somethinng creative like you people :/ its kind of a memory book sort of thing , our annual magazine ....

    What did you not like about the examples I gave. Knowing this will give us more direction.
