Glamour And Fashion Photography Company

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I started getting into photography about a year ago. When I first started I just used my name. It was simple and easy. But I want something to separate my modeling photography from my kids, families, weddings etc.

I do a lot of lingerie and glamour, but love fashion just as much. So I want something sexy, fun and flirty. But I don't want customers to thing I only do say lingerie.

For example I like the name "Allure Photography" but I am sure if I google that I'll get 1000 companies using that name. Not to mention there is a magazine called Allure. But something along those lines would be great!

Don't they always say that a half dressed woman is sexier than when she's naked?

Thinking along these lines, it's not the lingerie you want to see but the hint of lace at the opening of your blouse, so to speak ;-)

Coz I'll bet it's only the better class of photographers who see things from this angle ... now the other side to all this is what your customers have said about you. This is important because they're the ones laying dollars on the line, and people like them will become customers for the same reason. Have you had any referrals, and if so, what did they say when referring you? Whilst this might not affect your trading name, it's crucial to include this in your brochures or on your website (and whatever else you can scribble your taglines on ... )

I'm tired, so these aren't going to be very good -

    Chantilly
    Peek-a-boo
    Just a peek
    Unbuttoned
    Charmant

I'm trying to think 'graceful' without it being just a synonym. It has to imply grace or fashion without being too direct. I had the empire line waist in my mind but can't grasp the word I want.

Anyway, do you like the ideas, or the direction of my thoughts here?

Sorry, Ron, I thought you were a girl - apols about the blouse. If you can give some feedback I can easily change course.

    How about

    Epoch

And now I'm thinking of 'blowup' - that sixties film you'll no doubt have seen?

Sorry to be so dense, but who is the target audience? Where? What makes you different from, and better than, other fashion photographers in your area?
