Tagline Needed For Health Coaching Practice

Posted by svetlana22m on 55 Points
Hello!
I am a health coach, working with busy moms (new moms with younger children) who want to maximize their energy, improve their mood, achieve their optimal weight, and rediscover their confidence. I do this by educating and supporting them to make better choices when it comes to food, exercise, self-care, and relationships.

Here is a few points that make my practice unique:

- I inspire to create long lasting positive changes in people, not in a "quick fix" way, but by step by step guidance over a period of time (3 or 6 months, or even longer).
- I am not only a health coach, I am also a licensed counselor, with background in mental health, so I work to address emotional issues as well
- I empower others to create their own answers to their questions, because we all have the answers within us (of course, I do provide guidance, as well)
- I believe in bio-individuality - there isn't one diet that is perfect for everyone.

The name of my business is My Health Beet (Beet is a translation of my last name in my language)

I have a few ideas, but open to modifications, hearing other ideas:
-Empowering new moms to create their best body, mind, and spirit
-Transforming moms to better body, mind, and spirit. For moms, by a mom.
-Where New Moms Regain Health, Happiness and Vibrant Confidence

Thank you, and I look forward to hearing from you.

Good morning, and an apology for not answering sooner, I was out of town.

Essentially your aim is to guide people in the use of their own inner strengths to become fully healthy.

For myself I wouldn't use terms like "new mums" as not everybody feels like a new mum, even when they are. They feel depressed, angry, frustrated, hungry and above all, tired! Not to mention the tummy muscles all being flabby! YUK!!

However more to the point is to describe how you can help someone in this situation find a way to being able to enjoy life again. What the professionals call the benefit. Because speaking to that need will speak directly to those who need it. Naturally this will focus on new mums - but not in words. If you get my drift?

It'll also help people find you. Because they don't use Google to find "new mum therapies" they're looking for "I can't sleep because my baby keeps crying" and so on.

A note: mind body and spirit are fine, only they're abstract terms. Nobody thinks of their soul when they're feeling depressed - yet they wouldn't feel anything were their soul not involved. They just want to feel better, to perceive things in a different way so that their soul can put its feet up and relax ;-)

I'm going to take the liberty of turning your taglines around -

helping you recreate a life for yourself
recreating your own life with your own strengths
your own strengths will guide you to a life of your own.
guiding your transformation to the you that you always wanted to be
helping you transform yourself to the mother you need to be
    happy mums start here

what are your thoughts on these? They need work, but will do for a start. My idea is to write your tagline for them to be able to read themselves in it. I know my ideas aren't perfect, they are at least a start.

Because your name doesn't describe your business, I would not include it in the tag line.

Thank you all so much for your input. I am getting an idea of what I should not include in my tagline. I also think I should include "moms" in tagline to define my target market, because the business name doesn't have this. Here are a few more questions:
    - what do you think if I start the tagline with words INSPIRING or EMPOWERING (also like "guiding") (i.e., inspiring moms to _____)
    - I think I need to include something about "health" in the tagline (referring to better body/mind).... not just "a better you" and not just "health". Maybe include something about energy, vitality, spark, happiness. what are your thoughts?
    Thank you so much again!
