What always helps is to look at your business from your customers' point of view. Just try to see what they see when walking into your offices, reading your website or travelling with you. Sure, it's a lot easier for me because I'm already standing outside the door, as it were.

The other thing is that people don't just set up in excursions with no experience whatsoever. You've done something in the business before, and had satisfied customers. What sort of things did they say that tell you that you did something special, that other companies can't (or don't)? Other things you can add is a well known local landmark, your geographical region or town. Or just your name ...
