What is the demand for the hiring of vintage China and where are you going to be renting things out?

More to the point, who wants to hire vintage china? Your name needs to speak to those who would like a dinner party that really sparkles - candle lit, servants in black, gleaming white damask and of course, the Meiningen porcelain.

For one thing they'll want to impress, or simply be lavish. I don't get out my Limoges unless there's someone special around ...

So having focused my mind on your good self, here's a few ideas.

    Part time porcelain
Reflecting candlelight - superior tableware for occasions that deserve it.
Silver and porcelain - banqueting in style
History Repeating in China - classic tableware styles.

Even if you don't like them, at least they're there.

Hey guys thanks for your input... In answer to your question above, Vintage China is really big for hiring out for high tea events, bridal showers, hens nights, baby showers and so on. All my stuff is English vintage China, mostly Royal Albert but other English makes as well. Need a name that sounds sort of vintagey, not quite sure. Hope that helps you to help me.

Was there anything you liked in amongst the ideas I shared? Because then I can come up with something that includes your other thoughts too.

In the meantime ... (switches the washing machine off ... ) tries to get her head around the Edwardian phraseology

    Porcelain Occasions
Estimable China For House Parties & Soirees [a little hard on the teeth ... ]
China Services for Tiffin and Evening [a little off course, but I'm getting somewhere]

All I have to do is think of afternoon tea with my tutor at uni ... I can't bring his turn of phrase to mind.

    The Choicest China
Superior Quality Porcelain Services [very Edwardian!]

Give us an idea of those you like (or don't) and we'll take it from there.
