Since this is your homework, why don't you come up with some ideas to showcase your thinking?

Also, if you would post the names of the other known soft drink brands in the same market segment as you are targeting, that will help us think strategically about the names YOU have considered.

    Good morning Durgesh Singh.

One problem I faced in sorting out a name for you is that there simply wasn't enough to go on. In fact, it'll be a problem for you too when you come to the market place: it's not just a case of putting something on a shelf and it somehow disappearing and the profits wending their way back to you. The circle is completed with your customer and their needs.

The more you understand these needs, the more effective your marketing will be*. That is a guarantee.

Now when coming up with names for the Indian business, there are a few I choose from as they're generic to India. Few of the other experts here know about them. However in your case I don't feel they'd work so I'm going to take a different path for you. Because here in Europe, the news has been that India has been buying lots of gold. You're probably aware of this - and this is the direction I wish to take with your product name. I have no idea if these are trademarked where you are - this is but a brainstorming session and has no legal basis. That I will leave to your and your own abilities and expertise as a businessman.

I'll stick with the names right now, we will need a lot more for a tagline*.

    Drink Gold
Golden nectar [direct knockoff of Aussie beer - but hey, imitation is the sincerest form of flattery]
    Golden fruit
    Gold Rush
    Gold Stream
    Golden River

*As to taglines, they can literally establish your business in your market. If you have enough self confidence and the courage to form a truly powerful USP your soft drinks will find themselves a home in every supermarket. Sure, it will only be a very small slice of the market - it will be enough to establish your business in this area. More to the point it's the sort of thing that is more likely to happen than you becoming a brand leader of the Cola variety. I'm sorry if this dashes a few dreams, only I'm being realistic.

A powerful USP all but sells itself. Branding doesn't. With a credible and honest USP, you'll pile up a few lakhs in profit. (USP = unique selling proposition. Be warned that a good USP will feel like your motorbike is roaring into the curve too fast. The force pressing you into your seat, tyres on edge and your knee's grazing the asphalt. Any moment and it'll be too far. Emerging with that extra speed is worth all the danger. That's when the motorbike becomes a glider and you can see quiet clouds and the geography below you).

Provide us with a few brand names that YOU have thought of, and then tell us why you chose them. What strategy did you develop for YOUR name selections. And nobody is successful when using rude language, a lesson you should learn.

i am not using rude ,soory if hurts anyones emotion, but giving suggestion like searching goole is such a joke

No, suggestions that you do your own work for your benefit is not a joke on anyone here. Words to the wise may fall on deaf ears.

    Good luck, you'll need it.
