As ever with this kind of problem there's a not very easy answer - and that is to look at your business as if you were buying, not selling. The real art of selling is to find those who already want what you sell, and let them purchase it. It sort of takes the selling out of selling, if you gets my drift.

As important is the kind of person who wants to buy these things, and why. Your tagline needs to speak to them directly - that way they'll not need a second look!

There are a host of standard questions like your geography, is your shop online or brick and mortar, what are the local landmarks you might include and other rather boring questions.
