When you say favorable impression, I am assuming you are looking at everything from design and furniture to company marketing materials available as people wait? Are you looking to make minor modifications, an overhaul or from scratch?

Without additional details, I would first start with your mission, vision, and value statement. My first question then is what are the 3-5 words you want people to say about your firm? This will help give you a basic concept for how to structure the areas that reflect these words.

Also, with different locations, it is good to keep the same overall look/theme for each (assuming they aren't completely different divisions with different purposes), but add a little local flavor. For example, you could have the same color theme and similar furniture, but the artwork could be from artists of that city or showing the city.
