Name For Real Estate Investment Newsletter

I am looking for a trendy, descriptive title for a new real estate investment newsletter. The newsletter will be targeted to potential private lenders whose financial support (mortgaged-backed loans) I am seeking. I will provide each individual lender a mortgage, a promissory note, and an aggressive, fixed double digit interest rate. The funds will be used to buy, fix, and sell houses that are in foreclosure or government/bank owned.

The title should not be so specific as to limit the potential breadth of the newsletter's content, but it should be consistent with the purpose of the newsletter—- to interest readers in investing with us through private lending.

The newsletter will be distributed monthly through both email and regular mail.

    Where are you located?
    Why should lenders be interested in your offerings? What knowledge do you have that'll make you the clear go-to company?
