Behavioral Psychologist Needs Help With Tagline

Posted by katrinaJohnsonLPA on 250 Points
I am a psychologist with a specialization in applied behavior analysis for children with behavioral needs and developmental disabilities. Right now my PLLC is only my business name, which I know limits me until I come up with a true business name, but I'm still looking for a tagline for my company. My practice focuses on teaching children with problem behavior to engage in more functionally appropriate behaviors and skills are frequently broken down into a task analysis.

I've come up with a few words associated with my practice:

reinforcement, ABA, teaching, potential, behavior, success, parents, maximizing, potential steps, one step at a time, opportunities, child.

Any help you could provide me would be much appreciated!

    Gentle moves

the gentler way to steadiness in your child

    working with your child

    patiently guiding young children

do you like any of these?

"Maximizing your child's successful behavior, one step at a time."

Thank you for the suggestions. I went with a business name already and the maximizing your potential line s a great one. That is similar to one I was throwing around as well. Because I am a psychologist, though, I have always been hesitant about using tag lines bc of the vulnerability of my clients. Thoughts as to if a tagline would hurt or benefit my private practice?

Yes, they may be vulnerable...but they know they are there to change something, to improve some aspect of their lives. It may reassure your patients to know that you understand that and to know you will take it one step at a time. That you won't push them, you are fine with going at their own rate. I would say use the tagline to express that sort of reassuring aspect of your service.
