Could you give us a hint of what makes your store special? Because with the likes of JC Penney, J Peterman, Walmart and the rest of them all clamouring for the top spot, it's going to take a lot to dislodge them.

If you are doing something that's in any way special - and this is especially true if you are designing and tailoring your own fashions - then you can find some customers online. This aspect of your individuality will be closely tied with something that upsets a small number of people. Whatever it is that's upset people, take a careful look to see if they've not misunderstood something in you that is in reality something very special indeed.
