    Why do you need a personal tagline?
    In general, a tagline isn't about you - it's about what you can do for others. Any special achievements/skills you have that people (employers) care about?

    What do you think a tag line will do for you? What have you done for other people? Alas, if I'm hiring a project manager and a résumé comes across my desk that's got a tag line on it, that résumé is toast. Most hiring managers want to know what you can and will do for them that justifies their investment in you. So, forget the tagline and show prospective hiring managers how you will earn your keep and become the best hire ever.
