    could you give us an inkling of an idea to whom this is aimed? After all, it could be a R & R ceremony for unemployed lorry drivers - or an R & R ceremony for senior bank clerks ... or housewives even.

    I am working in a financial organization dealing with stock market.
    Every quarter end we do a celebration and appreciate/reward employees who had achieved their respective targets or did great job.

    Initially we name it as RNR Ceremony but I was looking for some other name with some tagline.
