Branding Tagline/slogan For Veterinary College

Hello, I am in the process for creating an employment brand for a Veterinary college (recruitng for employees, not students). I need help creating a tagline or a slogan.

    It is a myth that recruitment depends on a slogan or tagline. People want to work for companies or organizations because of what those entities stand for, not because of the content of a slogan.

    I agree with Gary. A slogan should have no effect on the quality or quantity of employees you get. If it was my business and someone decided to apply or not to apply for a position simply because of the tagline then I certainly wouldn't want them working for me either way.

    Just keep it succinct and clear about what you are. If for example your employment brand was VetColPloy (or something else that's not immediately clear what it's for) then do:

    VetColPloy
    Veterinary College Employee Recruitment
