Know-How Exchange : Taglines/Names

What can you tell us about the types of weddings/events you specialize in? What price point? What makes you special/different? What are you trying to convey in your tagline/slogan?

We need the answers to Jay's questions. What do you want the tagline to communicate? Why do you think you need a tagline? Are you concerned that the business name is unclear regarding what you do? What is the core positioning benefit you deliver? The emotional end-benefit?

Where will your target audience see or hear the tagline? How are they going to know you exist?

Do you have a marketing plan? If not, that's the place to start.

Am I right that you guys have Ho-downs? Do you know the expression "get the low down on"?

If so ... how about "getting the ho-down on your event"

"The people to make your bash move"

"Shindigging good"

What do you think? If you could give us an idea of what really makes you guys sparkle it'd help us because we can express that in any number of ways. That you call yourself shindig means you're prepared to stand up for yourself.

Knowing that, and who'd like that kind of thing is the point from which you can develop your marketing plan and grow your business. And of course, helps us get you a tagline ;-)
