Name And Tagline For My Dog Training Business

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
I am starting up my own dog training business.(I'm Certified). Trying to come up with a catchy name and tagline. I am going to offer group obedience classes as well as personal training. Most of my efforts will be towards personal training as that is my passion. My approach to all my training is positive reinforcement. I was trying to incorporate my name(Wendy)into the business name. I'm really open to all suggestions though.

    Proper Pets

    Wendy's Proper Pets

If you come up with a great plan, it could be franchised. (ie: John's Proper Pets, etc.)

    Good Luck!!

Looking at this from the other direction - what are people thinking when it comes to needing a dog trained. And here we're dealing with people who want - or are aware of the benefits of having a well trained animal.

You could be "Wendy's Walkies" (assuming people know what this means where you live)

    As to taglines

for a happy dog at your heel
for the happy dog on or off the lead

these are a bit more sedate as the name's quite outlandish. What are your thoughts? I can easily come up with more given a little inspiration (there'd be more but I've just got home and the brain's not run up to speed yet).

I like Wendys Walkies but I'm afraid people will not get it.

I want it to be very clear what service I offer. I came up with Wendy's Pawsitive K9 Coaching.
    What are your thoughts? Tagline?
I'm still open to other suggestions...

What are the names like for the competition in your area? How will do differentiate yourself from them (both in name and offering)? Where are you located?

Wendy's Walkies: People will not get it.

Why are you trying to use your name in the name of the business? What is it about your name that will resonate with your target audience? Why wouldn't it be better to capture the BENEFIT of using your services? People buy benefits, not names.
