Making your buildings, where and when you want.

I'd like to ask what customers are saying about your business when referring you to others. Usually this offers a real insight into what people regard as your strengths.

@ Moriarty. Taglines must be max of 6 words. Our clients are Land Developers. They Usually Say We Offer Quality Service but with a High Cost.

@Jongmanaois "Taglines must be of max 6 words" - who says? The bosses?

"Boards of directors have gravely decided that the world must be on their side. I have urged them to make tests, to feel the public pulse. I have told them that people in general could neverbe judged by ourselves. some have listened and profited, some have scorned my opinions. Sometimes those who decided to judgethe world by themselves, succeeded. Four times in five they failed."

That was spoken by Claude Hopkins in 1927; the principles he laid down 100 years ago are as valid today as Newton's Laws of Motion. Any successful internet campaign that uses money is based on his principles (or someone has come up with them from practical experiences of their own).

Your taglines are for your customers, not your boss. If, that is, it is to be effective in communicating rather than an expression your boss' whim in informing the world of what he thinks.

As to being expensive, I'm probably the most expensive marketer on the board - but I guarantee results for those for whom I work. That doesn't make me expensive to my customers, it means they get their money's worth - which is quite a different thing to being expensive!

Would you like me to have another go?

Quality Land Development. Guaranteed. [there! Only four words too ;-) ]

    Your land development needs met.

Cost effective Quality land development [garbled - perhaps you can untangle it?]

Quality land development guaranteed cost effective [the "cost effective" is a little coarse ... I've not had my coffee yet ... ]

    Mix 'n' match! [TM]
