Tell us more about your target audience. Where? How do they decide who/when to hire someone to do what you do? What are the criteria for picking a supplier? What makes you different from, and better than, your competitors? What unique benefit do you offer? Why YOU?

Then help us understand why you think you need a tagline. What do you expect it to do for you? Where will your target audience see/hear it? What do you want it to communicate?

Finally, what does "Metro Marine" mean? Is it a specific kind of marine? Or is it just marine services in a limited metropolitan area? Normally we think of "marine" as being seaborne shipping, and "metro" as being a city/metropolitan area. What is "metro marine" supposed to communicate? And what kind of services?

What sets your company apart? What do you do, offer, or provide that no one else in your niche does, offers, or provides? How do you guarantee these things?

As for a tag line for the flower shop, you may want to post this as a stand alone question. Here, it will just get lost in the mix.
