We Need A Brand Name For An Eyewear Line

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
We are branding our own line of glasses to benefit our Cataract surgery charity. (Humanity without Borders) We need a name that is memorable and catchy without being tacky. We plan to possibly market this if it takes off so don't want to use name of practice or doctor.

Memorable for who? What type of glasses? Sold where? What age? Demographic? Style? Colors? Anything special about the design and/or materials?

I want the name to be catchy. Glasses for ages 16-40 Male and Female.

The target audience is way too broad. There are 2 billion people who fit that demographic, and you can't possibly reach or serve all of them. Better to pick a target you can actually reach. Narrower focus is better.

Separately, "catchy" isn't nearly as effective as meaningful for, or relevant to, your target audience. What's the important and unique benefit they'll get? Why might they be interested? People rarely make purchase decisions based on how catchy a name is.
