Tagline Or Slogan Needed

Hello! If you could help me think of a tagline or slogan that will best encapsulate what my organization does?

We are actually in the process of recruiting new members and we would want them to join our organization.

Just a brief background of our organization:
-My organization is into Marketing and Event Planning
-My organization is very influential to my school's community
-My organization has to always have smart yet amazing slogans (ex: Dive into the uncharted, Dare to be on the edge)
-People regard my organization highly
-It is paramount that we have a nice slogan that would accompany our poster because that's what we've been doing for the past 24 years.
-My organization likes to push individuals to achieve greater heights

Here are my ideas.. however it doesn't seem strong enough to be able to recruit people...

1. direction towards distinction
2. acquire the advantage
3. Breach New Ground
4. take the advantage
5. Continue the legacy

Please do help me create a slogan. Maximum of a combination of 5 words. It just has to be inviting yet it will show our excellence and efficiency. Will give 250 points!

    What's the name of your organization?
    What's wrong with your existing slogan?
    Who are your organization's clients?
    What type of people are you trying to recruit? Why would this slogan "tip the balance" for hiring?

    I question whether you need a new slogan or not-- especially if it's just some cute words. To be effective in recruiting you need to tell your prospects WHY they might want to join. What's in it for them? What unique benefit do you offer (and deliver) for your members?

    Jay Hamilton-Roth, we are actually trying to recruit freshmen and new people who want to join the org. This is actually a school organization and every year, we have a new tagline that will best represent our org. We are actually the Junior Marketing Association.

    What do your current/past student members say about the organization? Why do they love it? What do they get to do/see that they wouldn't normally?
