Catchy Name For A Mobile Kitchen/fast Food Busines

I would like to start a mobile kitchen business and I am looking for creative ideas on a really catchy name/logo. I also seek ideas on the best way to market my business.
I intend to sell ethnic wholesome food over lunch. the mobile kitchen will operate on a take away basis.

    The convenience of your location and the quality of your food will be much more important than your name - I doubt anyone buying from a mobile kitchen/fast food business actually even notices the name.

    Served WHERE (geographically speaking)? And in which locations and with what kind of frequency? Supported by what kind of word of mouth and social media efforts?

    The issue here is less about a name (which needs to be relevant, not so much catchy) and more about finding and feeding a starving crowd.

    Thank you all your input is very useful and thought provoking. I intend to set up where there is a lot of people best site a papers to be outside a college that does not have a canteen. After much thought I have decided that the menu will be have to be varied to cater for the varied nature of the clientele? Here goes...We are going to start up in the next four weeks!
