Looking For A Brand Name For A Cosmetics Line.

Im looking for a distinctive brand name that will stand the test of time for a cosmetics line im looking to start. Need it to be simple yet sexy. One that will entice ladies. TARGET 16-50. Still in the planning phase to determine what will differentiate my label from the others. In the mean time im brainstorming on finding a suitable name or rather an exceptional name that will stand up like nars,mac,too faced and so on. I live in Trinidad so ill be catering towards women in Trinidad, and will like to expand regionally and internationally. Im focused on having a brand so really need an exceptional name. Seeing that i live in a climate that's humid,this will be my focus area when developing my product. Thanks for the assistance.

    Don't you think it makes sense to first know what your point of difference will be BEFORE you try to come up with a name? The name should communicate the point of difference, right?

    Is there some reason why you need a working name now? Can't you just use "Newbrand" or some other placeholder? There is no reason to go through the naming exercise twice.

    Point taken, It makes a lot of sense. Thanks for your response. I'll continue brainstorming about what would make my product different to others.

    Agreed that your differentiation is important first, but one name that came to me was SPLENDOR

    Have you ever been in the online industry before? I have a simple solution for you.. Instead hiring a branding company that will milk your money away the sexy keyword can be sometimes in your product or not.
    I would get a wall paper and make more criss-cross words, but what is more important at the end is to be creative. Creative is a very important once you are educated, open minded.
