Leadership Devlopment Program Naming

Hello,

I'm developing a new employee on-boarding program. We currently have a new hire program but we're attempting to brand the program to create a collaborative development program rather than having multiple phases with little unison. I'd like to stay away from the industry standard "Leadership Development Program," but would like something similar. Any ideas?

We're a Fortune 500 CPG Sales Organization

    I always liked the word Caddie, Butler in conjunction with something else ----> it makes the target demographic feel like a leader already and the program is there to assist in their further development.

    Are you telling us that you want to start a new hire orientation program?

    Not a new hire orientation. More along the lines of a multi-phase new hire program that would last roughly 18 months taking the new hires through multiple facets of our industry (CPG). I just need a brand or tagline for the program

    Here is a rough outline of the program:

    Phase I – Retail Coverage Manager(4 Months)
    Phase II – Associate Category Analyst (6 Months)
    Phase III – Customer Sales Manager (4 Months)
