    Who are these stakeholders? What kind of visibility? Is there a message or benefit? What do you want them to do or think when they see the tagline? What is the title? How is the tagline going to improve visibility? Is it just more words you want, or do you want to communicate something?

    Tag lines do not create visibility. Marketing and messaging create visibility through positioning and conditioning.
