How are you going to select the name? What are the criteria you will use to pick a winner? If we know that in advance, there's a better chance we can zero in on the best name. Otherwise it's kind of a wild goose chase, right?

Pretty simple and very democratic. Committee of three partners will make the final decision. They will consider all suggestions and each will vote on top 5 choices. They will look for matching votes then vote again on the matches. The community name that receives the highest number of votes wins. We are looking for a name that promotes a positive image of the property. It might be descriptive of location, activity or past history, etc. It should be easy to remember, easy to spell and not duplicative of another property in the city. It should be a name you would be proud to tell your friends and family... Come over to my place, I live at ______________.

Thanks for all the contributions. We choose "3rd Avenue Lofts" for the property name. It was suggested by one of the partners and we liked it because it was descriptive of the property design, location and thought it was "catchy". Thanks for participating.
