Real Estate Ad Targeting Real Estate Agents!

Hi, I'm developing an marketing campaign targeting real estate agents. The goal is to have the real estate contact the company to with properties that are in need of some renovation. The company will buy the property through the agent, fix it and increase its value, then re-list it for re-sale with the agent. Agent makes more when the property is worth more and also makes commission on both transactions. Ad should emphasize the benefits to the agent (earn higher commission, increase their clients property value, close faster etc). Looking for an tagline for an advertisement.

My ideas are:

1.(picture of house wrapped in a bow). You find the property, we'll provide the bow.

2. "A smarter way to buy and sell real estate" (not sure what visuals yet)

3. "working together for beautiful results" pic of beautiful home and list of benefits to real estate agents

I would love to hear more ideas for this....hitting a wall!

    As your audience is rather small, might you be better off using direct mail than going with an ad?
