Recognition & Reward Name And Tagline

We are in the process of re-brandeding our recognition & rewards program and have come up with the name STAR (special thanks and recognition)however, we have 2 tiers of recognition and reward that fall under this program. Tier 1 - is on the spot, spontaenous recognition which is peer to peer. Tier 2 is more formal manager to employee recognition and reward. We require names for these 2 tiers. We would prefer names that link to STAR and also want a tagline. Our program links strongly to our values which centre around customer service, innovation, accountability, developing people and leadership. Help!
