Need A Name For A Mortgage Lending Team

I will be teaming up with another loan officer in my office to do joint marketing. I need an easy, appropriate team name. i.e. The Welcome Home Lending Team or something like that.

    So, the 2 of you will be servicing home loans? What's the benefit the two of you have to offer that would distinguish you from the others in your office, and people in other businesses? What do you know more about than others? Who's your ideal customer? Located where?
