    1) Patience - Even though Michael has answered the same "basic" questions countless times, he treats each question as if it's the first time he's seen it.

    2) Professionalism - Michael never talks down to the questioner and gives well-considered responses.

    3) Honesty - Michael shares what he truly thinks, rather than what the questioner may be asking for.

    4) Warmth - Michael's tone is always engaging and encouraging (to questioners as well as other experts).

Woot! I noticed Michael was edging close to the 500K mark last week.

Congratulations Michael, and thank you: for keeping me on my toes; for cheering me on, for correcting me when I've been wrong; and for being the epitome of the marketer's marketer.

Thank you all for the kind words.

If points were redeemable for $1 each I'd fly you all to New York and we'd go out for a really nice dinner. But since they are worthless (except as a kind of "bragging currency") you'll have to settle for a cup of coffee next time you are in Connecticut!
