Need A Real Estate Team Name For David And Denise

Hi there,

We are two realtors named David and Denise and are in need of a "team" name. We are working out of the Pacific NW in the Portland area but not in Portland proper. Hoping you guys can come up with something.

    So, why would someone want to hire your services? Who are your ideal clients? What's your ideal region or type of property to work with? What makes you special/different in the eyes of the public?

    Who is your primary target audience? What are their criteria for selecting a realtor? How are you different from, and better than, the dozens of other realtors all seeking their business?

    A good name reflects something that is unique and important to the target audience. What might that be for you? (Hint: People don't care what your names are.)

    What KIND or real estate? Commercial? Residential? Luxury? Industrial? Land only? Repossessions? Sub prime?

    We are primarily residential real estate brokers including land. We don't want to limit ourselves though and are aiming for suburban buyers and sellers. The criteria that others use to select realtors vary widely from "liking your picture" to blind luck. We need a name that works well in our target area of the suburbs of SW Portland and may or may not include our names of Walsh and Otto. We have 23 years of experience between us and are very good at hunting homes and land for folks and have strong negotiating skills.
