Are people looking for less fat/more protein? What about taste differences? How the animal was raised? Butchered?

the goat meat is farm fresh and is from Australia with certification. We want to introduce goat meat to the market since in our country, goat meat is not commonly eaten. We want to show the market that goat meat is healthy at the same time it tastes like any another meat such as pork and beef

What type of certification? Is it something your audience would care about? Does the goal meat cost more? Are people averse to eating goat, or is it something that people haven't had the opportunity to try?
