Promo Title I Can Use For Free Parking?

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
I'm currently doing a marketing plan. I'm thinking of a Free 2 hrs parking for every dine-in and take out transactions. Hope you could help me think of a good promo title. I think of a "Park me to Max's". Btw, our company is a restaurant.

If the most appealing thing about this restaurant is its parking, you're not telling people about the food or the experience. Think about this for a moment. When customers place an order, do that ask for an extra side of parking? I suspect they don't.

If parking is a big hassle at the restaurant, then it could be sell point. Not a positive that you want to really promote (good food, good service, and the like are what should be). But free parking could get rid of a negative that may be keeping people away. As such, maybe add it as a n extra point for your other ads promoting the business. Here is an ad I found on the web that shows how they list the parking as one of the benefits: https://0.static.wix.com/media/9005ad7b7df8da6193d0f80b95ce38f3.wix_mp_512
(and the minimum dollar amount of sale to get free parking may be something you want to consider, so someone doesn't come in and order just a soda and expect free parking).

If your location is such that you are next to other places people want to go but have a hard time parking for, then you could also get some added business with your free parking of people using your restaurant to get the free parking. We have a hotel near the airport here that does that - stay at the hotel and you can park your car at the hotel for free while you travel. And even use their shuttle bus to get to the airport from the hotel. Long term parking around here is $15-20 a day, so that could be significant saving. So maybe you can do similar and get some added business from people who want to shop near your restaurant. But you likely want to consider a minimum dollar sale amount in this also.

    How about...

Don't let parking keep you from great food! We have convenience on the menu and we're serving up free parking for dine-in or take out. Max's - great food and free parking - the perfect dish.
