Need A Business Name For A Townhouse Developer

I have a client that is a developer of quality townhouses.

He typically buys large house blocks and builds 2 high quality townhouses on it.

Although he wants to appeal to the "buyer" market he has found that his Townhouses sell very easily. So he more wants a name that establishes his credibility with the real estate agents.

A lot of his profit is made when an agent contacts him about prime vacant block opportunities.

So he needs a name that will be:
- easily recognisable
- builds credibility
- feels "strong" and dependable

Also, the name will be combined with the word "Townhouses" as we want to reinforce his expertise and specialty in townhouse development.

Please help with a name to put in front of Townhouses for his new business name.

    Since your client is likely targeting a single region, why not use a name like: RegionName Townhouses?
