SEO is going to be a long-term and expensive way to go. You're much better off with a targeted Adwords campaign. It's a way to get you on page one of search results immediately. We've seen Adwords clients get qualified leads by phone within a few days!

If there's a problem with this approach it's that you'll be competing for attention with every national real estate brokerage firm (including Coldwell Banker) and its brother, so the cost will seem steep. They have very deep pockets. But when you consider the value of a qualified lead in your business, it will probably be worth the investment. (Thinking logically, what would you pay for a qualified lead?)

If you would like to discuss in more detail, contact me via email (in my profile). I can deliver what you want ... though the focus won't be on SEO.

It doesn't appear that you have any analytics installed. If indeed you don't, get them installed so you have an idea about your traffic now. Next, assuming someone were to click onto your website, why would they care about you? What can you offer that others can't/won't? Right now your site looks like it's trying to keyword stuff, to get traffic. However, as soon as someone were to visit your site, they likely won't see any reason to contact you. Make your message well-targeted to the reader, and give people a reason to come back to your site.

You shouldn't be surprised you're not getting any leads/conversions from your homepage. There's too much there to distract prospective clients. You really need a strong and single-minded landing page ... or several, depending on what your ads promise.

And what about a dynamic unique telephone tracking number, so you KNOW which calls are a result of your high-conversion landing page(s)?

You really need some professional management of your digital marketing effort unless you want to take months (or years) to climb the learning curve yourself.

To generate leads, your site first has to show up in organic search, which at the moment, it does not.

Next, you need greater focus on buyers and sellers and less on yourself.

Which keyword phrases does your site currently rank for?
