Hi All, Im offering IT services for home and small businesses. I Would love MarketingProfs help with a catchy name and tagline. It is a coastal area so utilizing the word coast or coastal would be a bonus! Quality and convenience will be my main selling points specializing but not limited to PC builds, PC Repair, Laptop Repair, and parts sales. Your help would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks for the speedy replies. @ Jay the region is Hibiscus Coast. I differ from other professionals in providing a simple solution targeted at the computer illiterate. All the competition in my area are amateur or specialize in design/web. I've done IT in a call center so main knowledge/training lies in networking, custom computer builds, telco, voip etc. I have a genuine passion for computers since i was 5.

    If I have a PC problem, how do you help me? If I have a PC problem, I'm not interested in quality and convenience: I need expert help, quickly. I need my data secured, quickly. I need viruses to go away, quickly. While I understand you're aiming at the things you think are important, the things that matter most to your ideal clients may not marry up with the things you think are important.

    Tell us more about your ideal client. Flesh this person out. Give him or her a name, a job, a problem. Talk to them about their problem in your messaging.

    Thanks Gary. My ideal clients are Jude - Jude works in design and her keyboard on her laptop stopped working. Bart - Bart works in the navy and when he returned from a work trip his computer won't turn on. Jeff - Jeff runs a small business out of home and needs a new computer to use for his business.

    Why not pick the obvious name "Hibiscus Coast PC Sales & Service"? Looking online, that name seems to be available, contains the gist of what you offer and your location.
