Any Users Of Ranksonic Seo Tool?

The University I work for is looking at SEO tools. RankSonic is being considered but I'm not finding much information about them from outside sources.

Is anyone using this tool that can provide a review?

    Has anyone at the university thought through the objective and strategy behind an effort on SEO? What is the goal? How much and how soon? At what cost? With what ultimate benefit?

    Those questions and issues are far more important than the tools they might use. If they are starting by considering tool alternatives, perhaps they need to define and understand the objective and strategy first.

    It has been my experience that many client organizations jump at SEO because it seems like an easy and inexpensive thing to do, not because it is critical to the overall success of their marketing program. They forget that SEO takes time and sucks up resources -- both of which could be directed to other activities.

    If this shoe fits, you are welcome to wear it. If not, perhaps someone on this forum can speak to the specific tool about which you're asking.
