As there is a raise for the job seekers, recruiters and hr departments are making sure bets to get a better hire and acquire the best talents. So the staffing software usage is prominent among the recruiters and staffing agencies.

There are numerous research that shows about the employees quits company and hence the demand for recruiting and web based recruiting software is most usual for hiring purpose.

    I'm unclear what question you're asking. Are you implying that recruiters are increasingly dependent on software to aid them in their quest to match applicants to opportunities? Are you focused on a specific brand of software? A specific new methodology for matching? Metrics comparing uses?

    I have read your question at least 3-4 times and I still don't understand what you do or what you are asking. Perhaps identify for us who your target audience is, what you want to do for them, and what benefit they can expect if they work with you. Then restate what you would like from us.

    This is placed in the "Our Forum" section, but I suspect it is not a question about the forum. That could be part of the problem.
