We built a new website for our company Clickflame with a goal in mind of ranking for the keyword phrase "best local seo", if you don't mind please check it out and see if you think it'll rank well for this and other similar phrases. www.clickflame.com

What we think is probably not relevant. You'll know soon enough whether the site ranks well and for which terms. Our opinions won't change that.

BTW, there's a funny sentence (i.e., missing/extra word/phrase?) right before the reviews: "Check out what their reviews."

i think your website will rank but it take time as SEO is a slow process,SEO technique take time to give out,if you want to get more traffic to your web site i would suggest you that go through paid ads.
I m also working on website from 4 month this site ranking on low volume search keywords not for high search volume keywords.

You are an SEO company yourselves. So I doubt people here can add any more value than you already know on the question of whether you can rank for the keyword.

Ranking for the keyword or not, here is my two cents on why this won't help your business. In my opinion, 'local seo' is a term used by SEO agencies to talk about performing SEO activities for local businesses. A carpet cleaner or plumber you are looking to target is not really going to search for 'local seo' when they are seeking an agency.

What these people would search are keywords like 'seo in <city name>' or more generically like 'how to rank my carpet cleaning website'. I think this is a content marketing game - try to write highly valuable articles on topics like these and get on top for such keywords. You are likely to attract a lot more local businesses who may sign up with you.
